Guillermo Izquierdo has always been curious about why people choose the things they choose. Before ever thinking about real estate, he spent years working in technology — building tools, analyzing data and helping teams make better decisions through structure and clarity.
When he moved to the Mexican Caribbean, it wasn't part of a big plan. But talking with travelers, expats and people thinking about buying here, he kept hearing the same worries: "Is this safe?" "Who can guide me?" "What if I make a mistake?" It became clear that the region wasn't lacking opportunities — it was lacking clear, honest guidance.
Guillermo didn't see himself as a salesperson, so he approached the problem the way he knew best: by asking questions, studying the market, and building simple frameworks that help people understand what they're buying and why. That approach eventually shaped Breeze Real Estate.
Not as a flashy agency, but as a practical, data-informed service for people who want to invest abroad with more confidence and less stress.
