Breeze Real Estate was created with one clear idea: to make investing in the Mexican Caribbean simple, safe and reliable for international buyers.
After years of studying the Riviera Maya real estate market, we identified a pattern — most investors wanted to participate in the opportunity, but had no idea where to begin. They found conflicting information, too many opinions, and very little real data.
Breeze was built to solve that problem. We combine professional analysis, technology, real-time data and personal guidance. From the first conversation to the handover of your property, we simplify every step so clients can make informed, transparent and stress-free decisions.

Breeze was founded by Guillermo Izquierdo, a consultant with experience in technology, data, digital product and marketing. Over the past years he has worked on projects involving analytics, automation and artificial intelligence, giving him a unique approach to real estate: decisions based on real information, not intuition.
Guillermo has lived and worked inside the digital ecosystem of the Riviera Maya, understanding not only the real estate market but also the behavior of foreign buyers, the challenges of the legal process and the real dynamics of Airbnb and rental demand.
His goal is simple: guide each client through a secure, transparent and well-supported journey — exactly as he would if he were investing for himself.
